Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru is seeking a site civil supervisor with residential project experience to oversee execution, ensure quality and safety on site.

You will read BOQs from drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, prepare progress reports and ensure timely invoicing by certifying quantities. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and familiarity with formwork systems.

Qualifications

• Residential project experience preferred.
• Read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings.
• Aware of formwork systems used in construction.
• Experience in finishing works: brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring.
• Prepare progress reports and coordination with departments.
• Ensure safety procedures on site.

Responsibilities

• Handle subcontractors, monitor productivity and progress.
• Prepare joint protocols and client inspections.
• Obtain timely quantity certification for invoicing.
• Execute works per FQAP and method statements.
• Prepare 3 months, monthly, weekly & daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with all departments for seamless execution.

Job description

• Should have worked at residential (minimum 3 Years)
• Able to read, detail and extract BOQ from drawings, prepare method statements.
• Aware of formwork systems being used in Construction Industry
• Has handled finishing works - Brickwork, plastering, water proofing, D&W, flooring, false flooring , false ceiling, etc.
• Handling subcontractor, monitoring productivity and progress, sub contractor billing.
• Preparing joint protocols, inspection and certification from client and timely quantity certification for invoicing
• Aware of safety procedures and implementing in project site.
• Execution of works as per FQAP and method statements.
• Preparing 3 months, monthly, weekly & daily progress report and ensuring progress as per the report.
• Coordination with all other departments for seamless execution
