Job summary

Qualifications

• Full-time Engineering Graduate or Diploma Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• 3–8 years of experience in construction.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Well versed with project contract documents.
• Coordinate with Architects/Consultants to resolve document discrepancies.
• Follow up on schedule of approvals.
• Plan & execute activities and manage days work.
• Prepare surface prior to activity commencement and ensure workmanship, quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Inspect with client/consultant for approvals of work done.
• Identify snags and rectify before handing over to client.
• Document checklists, material reconciliation and productivity reporting.
• Generate routine reports on time.
