Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Mumbai seeks a Manager for Civil Execution (Tower Incharge) with extensive experience in high-rise construction. You will lead the tower’s complete execution from RCC to finishing, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and project schedule.

You will oversee site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with planning, procurement, billing and quality control, and uphold safety standards across activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise construction.
• Experience leading site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage execution of the assigned tower from structural work to finishing.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and schedule.

• Civil Execution (Tower Incharge) will be responsible foroverall execution of a designated tower or building block within the project.
