Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Bengaluru seeks Diploma/Engineering graduates (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) with 3–8 years of construction experience to manage project execution and QA/QC. You will work on contract documents, coordinate with Architects/Consultants for discrepancies, and follow up approvals.

This role requires strong communication, planning, and leadership for resource management, surface preparation, safety, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification (Full Time) in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
• 3–8 years of construction experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Well versed with project contract documents.
• Coordination with Architects/Consultants for resolving document discrepancies.
• Schedule of approvals follow up.
• Planning & execution with resource requirements and follow up.
• Surface preparation prior to activity commencement.
• Execution of work with emphasis on workmanship, quality, safety and timely completion.
• Proper utilization of company assets and resources.
• Inspection with Client/Consultant for approvals of work done.
• Protection of completed scope of works till handover.
• Snag identification, rectification & handover to Client.
• Documentation of check lists, material reconciliation, productivity, project revisions.
• Generation of reports on time on routine basis.
• Progress report, material consumption, and vendor invoice certification.
