The Admin (Industrial Relations) function shall be responsible for administering industrial relations activities and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements. The function shall coordinate workforce administration, contractor management, labour documentation, statutory registers, and compliance records while ensuring adherence to labour legislation and project requirements. The role includes monitoring contractor compliance, facilitating workforce onboarding, maintaining statutory documentation, coordinating with government authorities, supporting labour inspections, resolving workforce grievances, and ensuring timely statutory submissions. The function shall coordinate with project execution, HR, EHS, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain harmonious industrial relations, ensure workforce discipline, support employee welfare initiatives, and facilitate uninterrupted project execution through effective workforce and statutory administration.
