Responsibilities

• Interpret radiologic and other imaging studies and prepare reports.
• Perform and supervise imaging procedures while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and clinicians to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in evaluation of new imaging technologies and techniques relevant to colorectal and abdominal conditions.
• Contribute to case discussions and patient education, supporting continuous clinical workflow improvements.

Role Description

The Radiologist will work full time on-site at Healing Hands Clinic in Pune City, providing diagnostic imaging services to support the management of constipation, piles, hernia, and related gastrointestinal and lifestyle conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting radiologic and other imaging studies, preparing clear and timely reports, and collaborating with surgeons, physicians, and other clinicians to guide treatment decisions. The role involves performing and supervising imaging procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards, and participating in the evaluation of new imaging technologies and techniques relevant to colorectal and abdominal conditions. The Radiologist will also take part in case discussions, contribute to patient education when needed, and support continuous improvement in clinical workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Radiology, including interpretation of abdominal, pelvic, and colorectal imaging studies.
• Proficiency in Medical Imaging modalities such as ultrasound, with attention to safety and quality.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DNB or equivalent).
• Valid medical license and registration with appropriate regulatory bodies.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
• Prior experience in a specialty or multispecialty clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory.
