Job summary

Kalpavriksha Hospital & Research Centre in Pilani, Rajasthan invites a Radiologist to join our full-time, on-site imaging team. You will perform and interpret X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and related studies to support clinical decisions.

The role focuses on protocol optimization, reporting accuracy, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience in multispeciality or tertiary care settings and familiarity with PACS/RIS are desirable.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with MD/DNB radiology and 3 years post PG experience.
• Experience in X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound imaging and reporting.
• Experience in Mammography and breast imaging workflows.
• Exposure to Nuclear Medicine and safety principles.
• Registration with regulatory authorities as applicable.
• Attention to detail and patient safety.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in multispeciality or tertiary care with PACS/RIS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Radiologist role based at Kalpavriksha Hospital & Research Centre in Pilani. The Radiologist will perform and interpret a range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and other diagnostic procedures, to support accurate clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include reviewing imaging requests, ensuring appropriate imaging protocols, generating timely and clear reports, and communicating findings to referring clinicians. The role involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, participating in case discussions, and supporting emergency and critical care imaging needs. The Radiologist will also contribute to quality assurance, radiation safety, protocol optimization, and may engage in teaching, training, and clinical research activities as required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Radiology, with the ability to integrate clinical information and imaging findings.
• Proficiency in Medical Imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound, with experience in image interpretation and reporting.
• Experience or training in Mammography, with skills in breast imaging evaluation and screening workflows.
• Background or exposure to Nuclear Medicine, including understanding of relevant imaging techniques and safety principles.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and postgraduate qualification in Radiology (MD/DNB or equivalent), 3 years experience post PG, with valid registration as per regulatory requirements.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and diagnostic skills, and commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage workload in a busy hospital setting.
• Prior experience in a multispeciality or tertiary care hospital setting is desirable; familiarity with digital imaging systems (PACS/RIS) is an advantage.
