Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Possess working knowledge of various pathological and radiological investigations.
- Review reported CT/MRI findings to identify and elevate critical observations as per defined protocols.
- Communicate critical report information to referring doctors or center technicians over the phone.
- Coordinate with diagnostic centers and HUB teams to expedite reporting and timely communication of critical cases.
- Act as the point of contact for all inquiries related to critical cases across all centers in India.
- Conduct regular training sessions for call center and HUB staff on basic clinical concepts relevant to service delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs of critical case communications and support CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action processes for any deviations from quality standards or TAT.
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Provide patient counselling regarding radiological and pathological reports in simple non-technical language either in person or over calls.
- Guide patients on appropriate next steps for further consultation based on their reports without offering clinical treatment or diagnosis.
- Support the call center team by addressing queries related to diagnostic investigations through physical presence or conference calls.
- Participate in CSR initiatives, health camps, and other outreach programs as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years.
- Self‑driven and target‑oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and training capabilities.
- Languages: English, Hindi.
