Inspiration Manpower Consultancy in Bengaluru is hiring for an End to End General Ledger (R2R) role for CA qualified candidates. Location is Bangalore with 2+ years post‑CA experience; CTC up to 15 LPA; NP immediate to 30 days; shift: general; WFO.

You will own end‑to‑end GL, monthly close, journals, accruals and reclassifications, support payroll and statutory compliance (TDS/GST), perform balance sheet reconciliations and help with audits; SAP experience required; ITES/Media/E‑commerce

Qualifications

• Qualified CA with 2+ years of Indian GAAP/Ind AS experience.
• End-to-end GL, monthly close, journals, accruals, provisions and reclassifications.
• Payroll accounting and payroll operations coordination.
• Experience with TDS, GST, PF/ESI/PT/LWF and payroll compliance.
• Support statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across AP, HR, payroll vendors.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and post journals, accruals, provisions, and reclassifications.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.

Qualified CA with 2+ years of relevant experience in Indian GAAP, Ind AS.

• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end General Ledger accounting, monthly and annual close, journals, accruals, provisions and reclassifications
• Experience in SAP and balance sheet reconciliations (Blackline experience is a plus)
• Payroll accounting and payroll operations coordination, including validation of payroll inputs and registers, and payroll-related reconciliations
• Working experience of TDS, GST and payroll statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF)
• Experience supporting statutory, internal, tax and Group audits
• Variance analysis, management reporting and exposure to weekly cash flow and vendor payment reviews
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and manage stakeholders across AP, HR, payroll vendors and business finance teams

Preferred Background:

• Service industry experience, preferably ITES, Media, Entertainment or E-commerce
• Big 4 audit firm or MNC experience is an added advantage
