Job summary

The Glove Company is seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) / General Ledger professional in Bengaluru. The role requires 8+ years of experience and a strong foundation in accounting with expertise in SAP, Oracle R12, and BlackLine.

Hiring Manger- Record to Report (R2R / GL)

Role: Record to Report (R2R) / General Ledger

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA

Responsibilities

• Journal Entries accruals, provisions, prepayments, reclassifications.
• Month-End Close reconciliations, dashboards, SLA adherence.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations payroll, clearing, suspense, GR/IR.
• Intercompany Accounting – postings, reconciliations, settlements.
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory.

Skills & Tools

• ERP: SAP, Oracle R12, BlackLine
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
