Job summary

AVEVA Hyderabad hosts a Senior Cloud Developer role focused on building secure, resilient cloud platform capabilities in AWS and Azure for AVEVA Unified Learning. You will work within an agile team, influence design decisions, and deliver high-quality software with modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools.

You will be expected to own tasks, be self-driven, and contribute to both product and process improvements while collaborating with teammates across cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud development experience required.

Job Title: R&D Senior Cloud Developer

Location: Hyderabad

The job

The focus of this role is to design and implement secure, resilient cloud platform capabilities in AWS and Azure for AVEVA Unified Learning. This Senior-level role is suited to an experienced developer with a strong record of delivering complex technical solutions and an interest in cloud development. You will work as part of an agile team, contribute to design decisions, build high-quality software, and use modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve productivity and software quality. As a senior member, you are expected to take ownership, be self-driven, and deliver high-quality software in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, resilient features for AVEVA Unified Learning.
• Contribute to technical design and implementation decisions across cloud and service-based architectures.
• Build and improve services using modern engineering practices, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to support engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery.
• Work collaboratively in an agile development team and share knowledge on cloud technologies and practices.
• Highlight and champion product as well as process improvements.

Essential requirements

• 5+ years of experience with cloud development, AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong design and coding skills, with a record of delivering high-quality technical outcomes.
• Experience with Angular/React, Node, .NET/C# or other programming languages.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with implementing and improving security posture of cloud applications.

Hybrid working
