Job summary

You will manage lab inventory, calibrations, vendor schedules, GRNs and SES, invoices, and reporting; requires 3–5 years in R&D procurement and SAP experience. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Science, or MBA; strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lab Resource & Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory of chemicals, consumables, and lab materials.
• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with SCM to source lab equipment, consumables, and services; manage vendor follow-ups and delivery schedules.
• SAP Transactions: Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Service Entry Sheets (SES); ensure timely SAP entries for procurement workflows.
• Invoice & Payment Handling: Coordinate with F&A for payment processing and invoice tracking; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers; ensure vendor compliance with quality and contractual standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of GRNs, SES, invoices, and procurement files; prepare regular procurement status and vendor performance reports.

LABPROCUREMENT MANAGER

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage the procurement, inventory, and financial workflows of our R&D Technology centre. This role serves as a critical bridge between the R&D, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Finance & Accounts (F&A), ensuring seamless operations through timely procurement, resource planning, vendor management, and SAP-based transaction tracking.Key Responsibilities:1.LabResource & Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory of chemicals, consumables, andlabmaterials.
• Oversee instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and AMC renewals.
• Track R&D centre resource status and compliance documentation.

2. Procurement Coordination

• Collaborate with SCM to sourcelabequipment, consumables, and services.
• Manage vendor follow-ups and delivery schedules.

3. SAP Transactions

• Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and Service Entry Sheets (SES).
