Responsibilities

Role Purpose:

To support the R&D team in preparing seasoning samples, managing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth lab operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Preparation
• Prepare seasoning samples as per provided recipes
• Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of ingredients
• Maintain consistency across batches
• Inventory Management
• Track and manage raw material stock in the lab
• Highlight low stock and support replenishment
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
• Documentation & Systems
• Update records in Salesforce and Excel
• Maintain sample coding, labels, and traceability
• Record trial details and maintain logs
• Lab Management
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Organize lab materials, samples, and equipment
• Support day-to-day R&D activities and trials

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or a related field
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience

• Basic laboratory knowledge and measurement skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions and processes precisely
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry
