Qualifications

• Fresher to 3 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Process Development.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO requirements.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities as per project requirements.
• Develop new products, formulations, and manufacturing processes.
• Perform laboratory trials and pilot-scale studies.
• Optimize existing products and processes for improved efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate raw materials and alternative sources.
• Prepare and maintain R&D reports, protocols, and records.
• Prepare product development reports and technical documents.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and trial records.
• Assist in scale-up activities from laboratory to production.
• Coordinate technology transfer activities with Production and QA departments.
• Provide technical support during commercial manufacturing.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and company safety requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory.

Job description

Research & Development

• Conduct research and development activities as per project requirements.
