Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments following SOPs, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
• Assist in product development, formulation optimization, and small-scale trials.
• Prepare and optimize microbial growth and fermentation media.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
• Review scientific literature, write research reports, and prepare technical documentation.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, research article reports, and experimental protocols.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (UV/Vis, ELISA, centrifuges, pH meters, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (ISO, GLP, GMP).
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.
• Collaborate with senior scientists, production, and QA/QC teams effectively
