Job summary

RK Hr Management is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage day-to-day shop-floor execution of NPD activities, translating customer requirements into development samples, trials and ready-to-manufacture processes.

The role requires studying customer drawings, specifications, and NPD requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and conformance to GD&T standards.

Qualifications

• B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4–5 years of experience.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5–6 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop-floor execution of NPD activities and ensure timely development of samples, trials and production-ready processes.
• Review customer drawings, specifications and NPD requirements to guide engineering work.
