Job summary

Premier Evolvics in Tamil Nadu seeks a hands-on R&D Electronics Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in electronic product development, testing and embedded hardware. You will design, test and improve circuits for textile testing and automation equipment.

The role involves working on analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics, PCB design, wiring, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical and QA teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
• 3–5 years in electronics R&D, product development, embedded hardware, industrial automation, instrumentation or a related field.
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronics.
• Experience with PCB design/review and hardware debugging.
• Knowledge of sensors, signal conditioning and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with industrial electronics, automation or machine-control systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate electronic circuits and systems for new and existing products.
• Work on analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Select appropriate electronic components such as sensors, ICs, connectors, relays, power supplies, drivers and communication interfaces.
• Develop and review circuit schematics and PCB designs.
• Work closely with PCB design, firmware/software and mechanical teams for complete product development.
• Interface and troubleshoot sensors, cameras, motors, actuators and other industrial devices.
• Work with communication interfaces such as UART, RS-232/RS-485, CAN, Ethernet, I2C, SPI etc.
• Perform prototype assembly, bring-up, testing and debugging of electronic boards.
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyser, power supply and signal generator for troubleshooting.

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Electronics Engineer with 35 years of experience in electronic product development, testing, troubleshooting and system integration.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and improving electronic circuits and embedded systems used in our textile testing, monitoring, sensing, automation and machine-control products.
