Electronics Hardware Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an ElectronicsHardware Engineer to handle the design, development, testing, andmaintenance of PCB hardware for our electronic products and industrial sensingsystems.

The candidate will beresponsible for working on circuit design, PCB layout coordination, componentselection, hardware testing, troubleshooting, and product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and reviewelectronic circuits for embedded and industrial applications.
• Develop andreview PCB schematics and layouts.
• Select suitableelectronic components, sensors, connectors, power supplies, and communicationmodules.
• Test andtroubleshoot PCB hardware during development and production.
• Work withfirmware/software teams for hardware integration.
• Prepare BOM,technical documentation, test reports, and design files.
• Coordinate withPCB manufacturers and assembly vendors.
• Support productvalidation, debugging, and field issue resolution.
• Improve existingPCB designs for reliability, cost, and manufacturability.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge ofanalog and digital electronics.
• Experience in PCBdesign tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar.
• Understanding ofmicro controllers, power supply circuits, communication protocols, and sensorsinterfaces.
• Knowledge ofUART, SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN, Ethernet, etc.
• Ability to usetesting instruments like multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and powersupply.
• Basicunderstanding of EMI/EMC, grounding, isolation, and industrial hardware design.
• Ability to readdatasheets and select components independently.

Preferred Experience

• Experience withindustrial electronics, temperature measurement systems, fiber optic sensorsystems, or embedded hardware.
• Knowledge of PCBmanufacturing, assembly, and testing process.
• Experience indesigning hardware for industrial environments will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We arelooking for a practical, hands-on engineer who can take ownership of PCBhardware from concept to testing and production support. The candidate shouldbe able to debug problems independently and work closely with the productdevelopment team.
