Job description

R&D projects, application development and testing role. Instead of direct reports, this role will have a coordination role with various stakeholders from Switzerland and China R&D / Product Management teams, as well as market organisation teams globally.

Broad Scope: Lab Electrochemistry – pH, Conductivity, Ion selective, Redox, Dissolved oxygen

Job Description:

• Designing and execution of scientific research/application-based projects
• Functional testing/applicative testing of various sensors, solutions, meters and firmwares from the product portfolio
• Handle experiments using different analytical techniques required for R&D and testing projects
• Proactive and clean business/scientific communication with all stakeholders.
• As an individual contributor, running a fully equipped electrochemistry lab and taking up the maintenance responsibility.
• Create high level documentation and process traceability.
• Literature search, experimental set up, designing and executing application and testing tasks to be performed in these positional responsibilities.
