Job summary

Frido is seeking an experienced Quick Commerce Lead to own and scale our business across leading Quick Commerce platforms, including Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and BigBasket Now.

You will drive revenue growth, manage platform relationships, optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility, while ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace, or Quick Commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, or Amazon Fresh.
• Proven track record of scaling business and managing category growth.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and performance marketing.
• Experience owning P&L, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quick Commerce business and drive revenue, GMV, and profitability.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with Quick Commerce platforms and Category Managers.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, and other marketplaces.
• Plan and execute pricing, assortment, promotions, and new product launches.
• Monitor inventory, fill rates, and stock availability to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage platform visibility, advertising, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.
• Analyse sales, customer behaviour, and marketplace performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to deliver business objectives.
• Track key business metrics and present regular performance insights to leadership.
