Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost control and budgeting on high-rise and BIM-enabled projects. You will assist in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and reporting to management.

The role requires collaboration with site engineers, procurement teams, and contractors, plus tendering documentation, contract administration, and variance analysis using BIM/ERP tools for data entry and MIS reporting. Experience in cost control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• BOQ preparation for high-rise and Mivan projects, ensuring accuracy with design specs
• Quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models to support budgeting
• Costing, budgeting support and variance analysis for financial discipline
• Tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contract administration under guidance
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams and contractors for cost tasks
• BIM/ERP data entry, cost tracking and reporting
• Prepare MIS reports and cost documentation for management review

• BOQ Preparation Assist in preparing detailed Bills of Quantities for high-rise and Mivan projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
• Quantity Take-offs Perform material and quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models to support budgeting and procurement.
• Costing & Budget Support Support cost estimation, budgeting, and variance analysis to maintain financial discipline across projects.
• Tendering & Contracts Coordination Assist in tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contract administration under guidance of senior QS/cost managers.
• Project Coordination Collaborate with site engineers, procurement teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of cost-related tasks.
• BIM/ERP Support Work with BIM/ERP systems for data entry, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Reporting & Documentation Prepare MIS reports, cost summaries, and documentation for management review.
