Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor - Civil for its Bangalore project. The role demands 6-10 years of experience in civil QS, with strong post-contract and commercial management skills.

You will handle contractor billing, payments, and variation orders, review claims and change orders, and prepare cost reports and cash flows to support project budgets. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of FIDIC, cost control, and coordination with design, project and client

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in Civil projects.
• Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management.
• Proficient in contractor billing, payment certification and variation orders.
• Review and evaluation of claims, change orders and contractual correspondence.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts and budget monitoring reports.
• Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
• Coordinate with project, design and client teams on commercial matters.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices.
• Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office and QS documentation.
