Job summary

Agp International Services in Mumbai is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics and at least three years of experience in a similar position.

You will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, tender documents, and ensuring contracts align with project requirements. Excellent communication and supervision skills are essential for coordinating with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognised institution is required.
• preferably at least three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity
• able to prepare annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, measurement of works in accordance to the standard method of measurement, establishment of rates from first principle (Labour/Plant/Material)
• possess excellent communications and supervisory skills

Quantity Surveyor shall meet the following minimum criteria:
