Job summary

Surbana Jurong is hiring for a Project & Cost Management role in India. The incumbent will guide cost control, prepare BOQs, review estimates, and ensure alignment with client requirements across multiple projects.

The candidate should have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field, with experience in cost management, tendering, and contract administration. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and client-facing responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in cost management and quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost planning, tendering, measurement and contract administration.
• Experience in variations, claims, valuations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in handling variations, claims, valuations and final accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying / cost management tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with multidisciplinary cost management teams and consulting organisations.
• Exposure to commercial, residential, infrastructure or urban development projects.
• Knowledge of relevant contract forms, cost management practices and industry standards.
