Spectrum Talent Management in India seeks a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage civil construction billing, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation. The role verifies contractor bills, calculates quantities from drawings, and maintains measurement records to ensure accurate project documentation.

Responsibilities include RA/final bills, JMR, BBS, material tracking, and coordination with contractors and project teams from our Telangana region. On-site collaboration is expected.

• Perform quantity take-offs from civil, structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and structural steel measurements.
• Maintain Joint Measurement Records (JMR) and supporting documentation.
• Prepare variation statements and track changes in project quantities.
• Perform material reconciliation and monitor material consumption and wastage.
• Maintain billing trackers, measurement sheets, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure accurate measurements and billing.
