Iopex is seeking an experienced data analytics leader in Chennai to drive BI initiatives, ensure data quality, and lead a high-performance analytics team. You will develop strategic plans, automate reporting, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage data workflows, and present complex findings with clear visuals to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data quality, analytics, or business intelligence with leadership exposure.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and macros for data automation.
• Experience using UI Path for process automation and data trend analysis.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, monitor performance and drive improvements.
• People mgmt skills with team goal setting and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and application of Excel formulas and macros for data analysis and automation.
• Proven experience with data analytics tools such as UI Path for process automation and data trend analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, monitor performance, and drive process improvements.
• Excellent people management and employee engagement skills, with experience in team goal setting and performance tracking.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in data analysis.
• Proficiency in extrapolating data from various sources into clear, concise tables, charts, and visual presentations.
