• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost analysis and estimation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure all construction materials and practices meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Perform regular inspections on materials and work completed to verify adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities for cost control.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective resource management.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend adjustments to reduce project costs without compromising quality.
• Analyze and negotiate supplier contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
