Job Summary

The Quality Engineer Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all turnkey project activities — including civil, electrical, plumbing, interior, networking, ceiling, HVAC, and related works — comply with company quality standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, and maintaining documentation to uphold the company’s quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across all turnkey projects.
• Monitor and inspect all project stages — electrical, plumbing, interior finishing, networking, ceiling, and allied works — to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections, material checks, and workmanship evaluations.
• Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verify their effective implementation.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, material certificates, and quality logs.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
• Support the development of project-specific quality plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and method statements.
• Liaise with clients and consultants for quality inspections, approvals, and audits.
• Promote best practices in quality assurance and continuous improvement throughout project execution.
• Ensure that safety and quality standards are integrated into all on-site activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / QA‑QC or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within turnkey, interior, or construction projects.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑disciplinary works such as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), interiors, and network installations.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and relevant national/international quality codes.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QA/QC software tools.
