Aeliya Marine Tech is seeking a technically skilled professional to act as the technical authority across sales, procurement, and e-commerce. You will identify suitable marine/industrial parts, advise on specifications, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure accurate orders and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities

Identify exact-fit, equivalent, and close-fit products and guide internal teams on specs and applications.
Flag oversold or discontinued items and recommend suitable alternatives.
Source replacement options when stock is out or non-working.
Serve as the primary technical escalation for Sales, Procurement, and E-commerce; handle client queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Audit product listings for accuracy (part number, specs, image, price, description).
Cross-check communications for accuracy and TAT compliance.
Verify quotations, Proforma Invoices, and order details before customer delivery.
Identify recurring errors and drive corrective actions to prevent repeats.
Run pre-dispatch checks and track shipments; manage returns and exceptions.
Own returns, refunds, and credit-term processes with Accounts and Logistics.

Be the Technical Authority

Identify exact-fit, equivalent, and close-fit products from inventory; provide technical guidance to internal teams on specifications, compatibility, and applications.
Proactively flag oversold, unavailable, or discontinued items and recommend suitable alternatives to Sales and E-commerce.
Source alternative units including modification or replacement options when an ordered product is out of stock or non-working.
Act as the primary point of technical escalation for Sales, Procurement, and E-commerce; handle direct client technical queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Protect Every Customer Touchpoint

Audit product listings across all portals for part number, specification, image, condition, quantity, price, and description accuracy.
Cross-check Email and WhatsApp conversations of Purchase and Sales Department for accuracy, professionalism, and response-time (TAT) compliance.
Verify quotations, Proforma Invoices, and order confirmations product links, pricing, quantity, warranty terms, shipping, and currency before anything reaches the customer.
Identify recurring communication or documentation errors and drive corrective action to stop repeated mistakes.

Keep Shipments and Cash Moving

Run pre-dispatch checks on condition, quantity, and packaging; review sold orders daily with Sales and Marketing.
Track pending shipments, coordinate DHL/FedEx returns, and chase stuck or delayed shipments through to resolution.
Support customs-related matters and elevate critical shipment or clearance issues promptly.
Own the return, refund, and credit-term process end-to-end, coordinating with Accounts and Logistics.

Build the Systems Behind the Scenes

Maintain and analyze Sales and performance data (AMT, A2M, AM), preparing figures and reports for decision-making.
Maintain vendor registration forms and official documentation requiring authorized signatures and stamps.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, returned, stuck, and customs-hold shipments; verify client data against approved lists.

Lead Without Waiting for a Title

Coordinate across Sales, Accounts, Procurement, Logistics, and E-commerce to resolve operational issues and keep workflow smooth.
Step into routine responsibilities of the Sales Head, Purchase Head, or other senior leads when they're unavailable.
Lead product/technical training and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) sessions to close skill gaps across the team.
Monitor daily reporting channels and deliver consolidated performance reporting to management.

Who we are Looking For

Solid experience in a technical, quality, or operations role ideally where you own outcomes across more than one function, not just your own lane. Industrial products, e-commerce, or parts distribution background is a strong plus.
A low tolerance for "close enough" — inconsistent listings, vague quotes, and stuck shipments bother you until they're fixed.
Comfortable holding other teams accountable without built-in authority over them — through data, credibility, and follow-through, not hierarchy.
Strong analytical and documentation instincts, with the ability to switch between hands-on troubleshooting and management-level reporting in the same day.
Engineering or technical degree preferred — but a proven track record matters more than the paper.
