Job summary

Winext Polytech is seeking a seasoned Quality & EHS Leader to strengthen the company's QMS, EHS, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will drive ISO 9001 compliance, act as MR for audits, and manage QA/QC for materials and finished products, while advancing Lean and cost/productivity projects.

The role requires 8–12 years in manufacturing quality/QMS with a hands-on approach to audits, CAPA/8D, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain product quality

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Chemical or related Engineering.
• Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor preferred.
• Additional knowledge/certification in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Lean/Six Sigma will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement and continuously improve the QMS as per ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
• Act as Management Representative (MR) and coordinate internal, customer, certification and surveillance audits.
• Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control across raw material, in-process and finished products.
• Monitor and improve key quality parameters including rejection, rework, customer complaints, PPM, COPQ and first-pass yield.
• Lead RCA, 8D, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone and problem-solving activities.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Establish and review SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Quality Standards and inspection procedures.
• Drive CIP, Kaizen, 5S, Lean and cost/productivity improvement projects across the plant.
• Lead EHS initiatives, risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations and compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, safety and statutory requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM) and present QMS/EHS performance to management.
• Define and monitor Quality & EHS KPIs and prepare periodic MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Maintenance, SCM, Sales and other functions for quality and process improvement.
• Develop, train and lead the Quality/QMS team and build a strong quality culture across the organization.
