Job summary

Stellar Ventures in India seeks an experienced QC Head/Manager to lead QA/QC for precast production and site erection. You will drive quality standards across factory and field operations, ensuring compliance with ITPs and NCRs.

The role requires 12+ years in a precast environment, civil engineering degree preferred, and hands-on expertise in hollowcore slabs, prestressed beams, grouting and waterproofing to deliver defect-free construction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in QA/QC in a precast environment.
• Mandatory experience in a precast company - precast buildings.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, raw materials, RMC mix design and concrete quality.
• Experience in production of hollowcore slabs, prestressed beams and other precast elements.
• Hands-on experience in pre-pour/post-pour inspections, site erection, grouting and waterproofing.
• Knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, QA/QC documentation and corrective actions.
• Experience managing QA/QC at both precast factory and project site.
