Job summary

Cemindia Projects Limited in Navi Mumbai is seeking experienced Precast Inspection Engineers for a Data Center Project. You will ensure RCC precast quality, oversee in-situ concrete works, and verify compliance with project specifications, ISO 9001, and QA/QC procedures.

Candidates should have 7–8 years in building/infrastructure, with proven precast inspection expertise; Data Center or high-tech facility experience is a plus. Join within 3–4 weeks, preferably by 1st September 2026.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering is required.
• 7–8 years of relevant building and infrastructure experience.
• Experience in RCC precast production, erection, and in-situ concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, finishing.

Responsibilities

• Inspect RCC precast elements during manufacturing, storage, transportation, erection, and final installation.
• Conduct quality inspections for in-situ concrete works per drawings, specs, and codes.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans, ITPs, method statements, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor precast installation tolerances, alignment, grouting, and connection details.
• Review and maintain inspection records, test reports, checklists, and NCRs.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Contractor, and QA/QC teams to resolve issues promptly.

Job Summary

We have an urgent requirement for experienced Precast Inspection Engineers for our Data Center Project at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the quality of RCC precast works, in-situ concrete activities, and overall compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements. Candidates with prior experience in precast building projects, especially industrial or mission-critical facilities, will be preferred.

Qualification-

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience-

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in the building and infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience in inspection and quality assurance of:
• RCC precast production and erection
• In-situ concrete works
• Reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and finishing activities
• Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience on precast building projects is mandatory. Experience on Data Center, Industrial, or High-Tech Facility projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities-

• Inspect RCC precast elements during manufacturing, storage, transportation, erection, and final installation.
• Conduct quality inspections for in-situ concrete works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Ensure compliance with project quality plans, ITPs, method statements, and ISO 9001 requirements.

• Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Contractor, and QA/QC teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Ensure all construction activities meet the stringent quality standards expected for mission-critical Data Center facilities.
