GlobalLogic is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Management professional to govern quality standards, audits, and performance across service operations. You will drive corrective actions, monitor quality metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.

The role requires strong analytical skills, RCA expertise, and effective stakeholder communication, with opportunities to shape quality programs and deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in quality management, quality assurance, or operational excellence within a service industry.
• Experience leading and developing quality teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and RCA techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics, identifying trends and driving improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern quality standards, processes, and audit frameworks for quality operations.
• Monitor quality performance through audits, scorecards, and key quality metrics.
• Identify quality risks, analyze error trends, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, operational procedures, and contractual quality commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance overall quality performance.
• Drive training, calibration, and capability-building programs based on quality findings.
• Provide regular quality reporting and insights to operational and client stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the quality team to ensure consistent and effective quality oversight.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, performance, and improvement initiatives.

Requirements
