Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Management professional to govern quality standards, audit frameworks, and performance management across service operations. The role emphasizes monitoring quality performance, driving corrective actions, and ensuring consistent quality delivery for clients.

You will lead quality initiatives, manage a team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify trends, implement improvements, and report on quality metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality management, quality assurance, or operational excellence within a service industry.
• Experience managing quality performance.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in analyzing quality metrics, identifying trends, and driving improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading and developing quality teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence operational teams to achieve quality objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern quality standards, processes, and audit frameworks for quality operations.
• Monitor quality performance through audits, scorecards, and key quality metrics.
• Identify quality risks, analyze error trends, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, operational procedures, and contractual quality commitments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance overall quality performance.
• Drive training, calibration, and capability-building programs based on quality findings.
• Provide regular quality reporting and insights to operational and client stakeholders.
• Manage and develop the quality team to ensure consistent and effective quality oversight.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on deliverables.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, performance, and improvement initiatives.
