Job summary

Haarvard Management Consultants in Puducherry, India seeks a senior Quality Leader to own and drive QMS ISO 9001 compliance across internal and supplier domains, including CAPA and audits. You will champion robust RCA and corrective actions, while advancing APQP/PPAP and product quality performance.

The role requires deep experience in precision manufacturing, hands-on CNC process exposure, and a track record of implementing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce COPQ and improve overall quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Management within precision manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in CNC grinding, finishing, surface treatment, or coated products.
