Here’s What You’ll Do

• Responsible for managing and innovate quality control process.
• Responsible for documentation and system as per ISO certification requirement.
• Responsible for quality assurance.
• Lead and manage the team.
• Monitor all quality test reports.
• Ensure upkeeping all instruments calibrated along with its documentation.
• Understanding customer expectation and implement the processes for achieving the same.
• Designing product specification to comply to safety standards.
• Conduct IGI of all materials as per the quality plan to ensure quality assurance of the final products.
• Engage with customer, implement feedbacks, to maintain 100% customer acceptance.
• Conduct Kaizen, 5S and TQM.
• Team-up for NPD (new product development).

Qualification & Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MSC (Physics and Chemistry), or a related field.
• Proven 2 years of experience in quality management and quality control processes.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
