Job summary

JRD Fibre Composite Private Limited is seeking a PPC Engineer to coordinate production plans between the head office and the Silvassa plant, optimizing efficiency and maintaining product quality.

You will generate schedules, allocate resources, and ensure safety and compliance. The role demands hands-on collaboration with multiple teams and data-driven decision making at our Gurugram operations as we scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning and control within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Efficiently allocate resources, including labor and machinery.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels through procurement coordination.
