Job summary

jaivel is seeking an Associate - Business Systems to join our quality team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on managing QMS activities, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100, and driving continuous improvement across operations.

You will deliver audits, maintain an audit-ready QMS, lead CAPA closures, perform root-cause analysis, and support risk management and lean initiatives including 5S and Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QMS/Audit experience.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or AS9100.
• Understanding of Audits, CAPA, RCA, and Risk Management.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma.
• Experience with document control and ERP/QMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage risks and corrective actions.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexible and adaptable to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit and compliance activities on time.

• Conduct Internal Audits and support External, Customer, Certification, and Supplier Audits.
• Ensure compliance with QMS standards, procedures, and customer requirements.

• Support departments in QMS implementation and improvement.
• Review KPI trends and initiate corrective actions.
