Job summary

NatureNurture, India's premier curriculum design organization, is hiring a Quality Check Manager to oversee QC of curriculum materials. You will implement QC parameter checklists, verify binding, binding, perforation, and ensure accurate set preparation (QC2) and error-free dispatch to educational partners.

The role demands meticulous attention to detail, experience in publishing or manufacturing QC, and a commitment to the 7Rs of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Printing Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within the publishing or manufacturing sector.
• Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to the "7Rs" of quality.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Standards Verification: Execute comprehensive QC Parameter Checklists including File Checks (matching PO codes), Book Page Checks (sequence and completeness), and Book Quality Checks (ink and paper standards).
• Verify binding and perforation standards against PO specifications to ensure durability and functionality.
• Set Preparation (QC2): Manage the preparation and verification of complete book sets (QC2) as per school-specific annexures and inclusion letters.
• Dispatch & Packaging Assurance: Supervise accurate packaging and labeling (barcodes, address stickers) to prevent damage and ensure correct delivery.
• Perform final cross-checks and verification of packed consignments before dispatch to ensure error-free distribution.
