Position: Quality Lead (InfoConnectivity & ADAS Domain)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced lead to take full ownership of Serial Life Quality and lead issue resolution for legacy vehicles in the India-Asia Pacific (IAP) region, specifically in the InfoConnectivity & ADAS domains. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage end-to-end quality operations, drive cross-functional alignment, and leverage AI-powered tools and analytics for faster problem solving, and ensure top-notch customer experience through effective resolution and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full control and management of Quality for Software Serial Life and lead the animation of resolution activities for issues affecting legacy vehicles in InfoConnectivity & ADAS domains.
• Maintain full awareness of in-field problems by engaging with all relevant stakeholders and information sources.
• Animate and monitor serial life issues until resolution, ensuring clear tracking and status updates.
• Define, promote, and monitor improvement action plans for assigned perimeters.
• Prioritize critical issues for timely fixes.
• Ensure achievement of Quality Targets for vehicles sold in the IAP region.
• Promote and implement Lessons Learned from issue resolution to benefit new developments.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports to the Leadership team on quality status and action progress.
• Conduct in-vehicle deep dives to validate customer complaints and benchmark against competitor solutions.
• Identify and share top improvement opportunities for future features and systems design.
• Leverage AI-based analytics, predictive models, and automation tools to detect patterns, prioritize issues, and accelerate root cause identification for quicker resolution and improved customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Automotive Electronics Systems and Quality.
• Strong background in Infotainment, Connectivity or ADAS systems.
• Proven track record in issue resolution and cross-functional project management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a multi-site/global environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
