• 8–12 years of relevant experience in supplier quality management within the LV Switchboard industry.
• Extensive experience in supplier quality management, quality assurance, and supplier performance improvement.
• Degree in Engineering with good communication in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier approval and qualification processes for parts, materials, and subcontractor services, including PPAP and supplier site surveillance.
• Handle supplier issue resolution related to quality, delivery, non-conforming products, and project services with timely CAPA actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and internal stakeholders to engage suppliers, manage claims, complete inspections, and resolve quality concerns.
• Develop and improve supplier performance through regular evaluations, development initiatives, and reporting.
• Support supplier onboarding and business growth by promoting effective communication across suppliers, businesses, and internal functions.
