Job summary

Pathkind Labs in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a QA/QC specialist to strengthen NABL and regulatory compliance. You will conduct audits, drive CAPA, and maintain phlebotomist data while ensuring QMS adherence.

The role requires 1–2 years in life sciences or related fields, willingness to travel to collection centers, and strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in NABL-accredited diagnostic labs or healthcare organizations.
• Strong grasp of QMS, internal audits, CAPA, risk management, and accreditation requirements.
• Strong pre-analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel to collection centers as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal quality audits across collection centers
• Drive CAPA implementation and ensure timely audit closures
• Maintain Phlebotomist data - qualifications, training records, etc.
• Support NABL accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives
• Investigate quality incidents, deviations, and customer complaints
• Conduct quality and compliance training for Phlebotomists
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and safety protocols

• Open to travelling (5 days/week) to collection centers as required
