Job summary

Fuller Technologies seeks a Quality Engineering Lead II to drive quality strategy and Agile delivery for its ORS platform. You will define release governance, expand test automation, and serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, embedding quality across the lifecycle to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions for industrial customers.

Collaboration with Product, Software, DevOps, Platform, and Reliability teams is essential, with a focus on continuous improvement and industry-standard

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 6-8 years of experience in software quality engineering or test management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading testing activities across Agile software development teams.
  • Strong Azure DevOps experience.
  • Experience implementing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile facilitator.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, IIoT, industrial automation, or digital products preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage.

  • Develop and maintain enterprise test strategies and release quality standards.
  • Lead testing activities across backend services, APIs, user interfaces, cloud services, and edge devices.
  • Drive expansion of automated testing throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Establish quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure complete traceability between business requirements, user stories, testing, and production releases.
  • Facilitate Agile planning, sprint execution, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor quality metrics and recommend process improvements.
  • Lead defect triage and release readiness reviews.
  • Mentor software testers and quality engineers.
  • Collaborate with architecture, platform, and DevOps teams to improve software quality.
  • Support implementation of secure software development practices aligned with IEC 62443 and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality engineering and Agile delivery.

About the Department

The Online Reliability Services Software Development team builds customer-facing digital products that improve equipment reliability and performance for cement producers worldwide. As Fuller Technologies expands its in-house software development capabilities, this growing team offers a unique opportunity to influence technology, engineering culture, and future product innovation.

About the Role

As the Quality Engineering Lead II, you will lead the quality engineering strategy and Agile delivery practices for our Online Reliability Services (ORS) platform. You will define and drive quality planning across multiple software initiatives, advance test automation, establish effective release governance, and serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams. Your focus will be on embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle and enabling teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based industrial solutions. Working closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Reliability Engineering, you will champion continuous improvement, strengthen engineering practices, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality solutions that create value for customers.
