Fuller Technologies is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead II to guide quality strategy and Agile delivery for our Online Reliability Services platform. You will drive test automation, release governance, and secure, scalable cloud solutions across multiple software initiatives.
You will partner with Product, Software, DevOps, Platform and Reliability teams to embed quality throughout the lifecycle, mentor teams, and deliver high-value industrial software outcomes.

The Online Reliability Services Software Development team builds customer-facing digital products that improve equipment reliability and performance for cement producers worldwide. As Fuller Technologies expands its in-house software development capabilities, this growing team offers a unique opportunity to influence technology, engineering culture, and future product innovation.
As the Quality Engineering Lead II, you will lead the quality engineering strategy and Agile delivery practices for our Online Reliability Services (ORS) platform.
You will define and drive quality planning across multiple software initiatives, advance test automation, establish effective release governance, and serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams. Your focus will be on embedding quality throughout the development lifecycle and enabling teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-based industrial solutions.
Working closely with Product Management, Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Reliability Engineering, you will champion continuous improvement, strengthen engineering practices, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality solutions that create value for customers.
