• Performs Chemical Analysis of metals by OES spectrometer.
• Performs Rockwell & Brinell Hardness Testing of materials.
• Responsible for NABL Documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.

Summary: Responsible for testing, chemical analysis of metal & hardness testing of material as per VES standards. This individual will be responsible for NABL documentation as per standard. Follows company safety policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for testing of Bow Spring, Semi Rigid, Rigid centralizers and Plastic Centralizers as per API 10D & 10TR5.
• Testing of Stop Collars as per API 10D2.
• Performs Chemical Analysis of ferrous & non-ferrous metals by OES spectrometer as per ASTM standards.
• Performs Rockwell & Brinell Hardness Testing of materials.
• Performs Tensile Test as per ASTM A370-21.
• Responsible for NABL Documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017.
• Performs other duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Mechanical & Chemical Lab testing and NABL Documentation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Read and comprehend requirements of the QMS including client specifications, procedural requirements, and other quality standards and documentation.

Work Experience:

Minimum 2-6 Years experience in Mechanical & Chemical Lab.
