Job summary

Envalior GmbH in India is seeking a Lab Technician Officer to support quality assurance of PA/PBT materials. You will prepare SOPs, operate lab equipment such as MVR and viscosity testers, and ensure equipment validation, documentation, and traceability.

You will train apprentices, maintain 5S and safety standards, and collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to ensure product quality and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO material testing standards.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory testing equipment.
• Ability to prepare and maintain SOPs and WIs.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing for PA/PBT materials (raw, in-process, finished goods).
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and Work Instructions for lab activities.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment (MVR, viscosity, mechanical testing, injection molding).
• Ensure validation of testing equipment.
• Handle ERP and barcode systems for traceability and documentation.
• Conduct colour matching and support customer/sample requirements.
• Maintain lab 5S and safety standards.
• Provide training to apprentices on quality control practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse).
