• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of export incentives, payroll compliance, and financial reporting frameworks

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and banking operations.
• Coordinate treasury activities including fund management and banking transactions.
• Handle LC, BG, foreign remittances, and other trade finance needs.
• Ensure export/import documentation and banking compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability analysis, and financial reports.
• Validate freight invoices and maintain freight rate masters; post accruals.
• Process vendor invoices with 3-way matching; ensure GST/TDS compliance.
• Follow up on customer collections and support DSO improvement.
• Manage fixed asset accounting: capitalization, reconciliation, depreciation.
• Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).
• Compute and track export incentives like RoDTEP and GST refunds.
• Validate Incoterms in contracts and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and finance for smooth processes.
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.

The role requires hands-on experience in banking coordination, trade finance activities, export documentation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage day-to-day accounting and banking operations.
• Handle treasury-related activities including fund management and banking transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for LC, BG, foreign remittances, and other trade finance requirements.
• Ensure smooth processing and monitoring of export/import documentation and banking compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability analysis, and financial reports.
• Validate freight invoices, maintain freight rate masters, and post accruals as required.
• Process vendor invoices using 3-way matching and ensure GST/TDS compliance.
• Follow up on customer collections and support DSO improvement initiatives.
