Job summary

Infinx Healthcare seeks a Senior QA Engineer to own end-to-end QA for healthcare software in Pune. You will lead both manual and automated testing efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of QA experience, strong automation skills with Selenium/Java/RestAssured, and a solid SQL foundation. Prior healthcare domain exposure is a plus, and the role is full-time onsite in Pune.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA experience is required.
• Expertise in manual and automation testing using Selenium, Java, RestAssured, Postman.
• Strong in SQL for database validation.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, Maven, TestNG, JIRA.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with healthcare systems and HIPAA, HL7, FHIR knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable test strategies for functional, regression, UAT, API, and integration testing and automate where appropriate.
• Resolve technical blockers and provide leadership support.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Managers, DevOps, and product teams for successful delivery.
• Take ownership of QA deliverables, timelines, and quality outcomes.
• Conduct requirement reviews, impact analysis, and identify risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) in all testing efforts.
• Track test metrics and continuously improve QA processes and coverage.
• Evaluate new tools and drive initiatives to improve test effectiveness and efficiency.
