Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • 5+ years in quality assurance or manufacturing focusing on RCA and CAPA.
  • Understanding of root cause analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems.
  • Experience conducting external audits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead RCA investigations for product and process quality issues.
  • Utilize 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, DMAIC to identify causes and implement CAPAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and monitor CAPA actions.
  • Track PQM documentation to ensure timely closure and compliance.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits.
  • Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
  • Lead and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for product and process quality issues.
  • Utilize problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, DMAIC) to identify and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, validate, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
  • Track and manage PQM documentation to ensure timely closure and compliance.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain quality documentation in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Train staff in quality processes and promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5 plus years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing with a focus on RCA and CAPA processes
  • Understanding of root cause analysis tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems
  • Experience conducting external audits

Nice-To-Have:

  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools
