Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications.
At least 3 years of experience in Repair Operations.
Proficient in testing and troubleshooting electronic and mechanical systems.
Experience with test equipment, automated testers, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair telecom equipment (3G/4G/5G) at component and board level.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing on faulty hardware.
Utilize automated and manual testers to analyze faults and validate repairs.
Collaborate with repair teams to ensure adherence to Nokia quality standards and SLAs.
Conduct functional and performance tests; prepare diagnostic and service reports.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of telecom equipment returned from the field. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 3G/4G/5G devices at both component and board levels while collaborating with technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex issues. Your expertise in testing, quality standards, and adherence to service level agreements will help maintain high-quality repair operations. You’ll document results and drive continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to efficient repair center operations and supporting our commitment to delivering reliable telecommunications solutions to our customers.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

Diagnose and repair telecom equipment (3G/4G/5G) at component and board level.

Key Skills And Experience

Must-Have:

3 plus years of experience in Repair Operations

Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills
